BREXIT: SHIPPING TO NORTHERN IRELAND AND EU DESTINATIONS

shipping

As the UK government has been unable to agree a trade deal with the EU within a reasonable time frame before the transition period ends, we're suspending deliveries to Northern Ireland and EU destinations until further notice. Our apologies if this affects you.

If you're wondering why we've had to take this step: To ship orders overseas, businesses need clear information regarding customs requirements and import/export duties. As trade deal negotiations have taken so long, and at the time of writing still not agreed, we don't have this information. If there is no deal we'll probably move to WTO rules. That's fine as long as we know this. If we simply sent orders to EU destinations regardless, there's no guarantee they'd actually reach their destination - or if they did, that the recipient wouldn't need to pay unexpected import taxes.

Northern Ireland, although part of the UK, will have a customs border down the Irish sea. Again, with no information regarding customs and import/export duties we're unable to ship orders there.

We hope this will be resolved shortly so we can resume shipping to these destinations. We'll let you know when we have more information.
