Shipping policy
- Moondragon is online only. Please do not visit us in person as we will not be able to assist you.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by external couriers.
- If your country is not listed below, then we do not ship to your country.
Shipping timescales - all destinations
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day after an order is placed, with the exception of orders containing print-to-order items. Print-to-order and made-to-order items will take up to five working days to dispatch, longer for larger orders. If you are ordering other items and need them sooner than this, please order them separately.
Postage costs
Postage is PER CLASS. Most items are in the Standard class. 'Bulky' (large and/or heavy) items, and medium-sized art prints and posters up to A3 unmounted are in a 'Bulky' class. If you order standard and bulky items together, both postage fees will apply.
Large art prints (30cm sq., A3 mounted and above) are also in their own class and have an additional charge.
Postage class is shown next to each item in the basket. The total basket weight is shown above the basket total.
