We've started shipping to the USA again!
Following the USA's removal of the 'de minimis' customs threshold in August we had to suspend shipping due to uncertainty around US import charges. However, with greater clarity and the quick response of our courier, we're tentatively (in case something crops up!) resuming shipping to the USA.
When your order is going to the USA, import duties and/or customs charges will be added to the order total automatically when you check out. Our courier will pay those duties and charges to the US government when we ship your order, which means it should pass through US customs without delay, and without additional charges to you.
The only slight fly in the ointment (isn't there always?) is that our shop adds an additional charge which doesn't come into effect until next year, which means the total is slightly more than necessary. We're unable to remove this charge, so when we ship your order we'll refund you the difference if it's more than 50 cents.
