Changes to our delivery service

If you're in the UK you'll probably have read - or noticed(!) - that Royal Mail's service is deteriorating and that prices are increasing next month. A lot of post sent first class is now arriving on the same timescale as second class, and tracked items are being prioritised over both. So taking all of the above into account, we've made a few changes to our delivery service:

UK:

Standard postage:

We're keeping the price the same as it is currently (£1 per order), but orders will be sent via second class post instead of first.

NEW: We've introduced an optional Tracked 24 (next working day) service for £4 per order for when your order needs to arrive quickly. You can select this option at checkout. Please note that is not a guaranteed service.

Bulky orders will now always be sent using the Tracked 24 service. The price for this service has increased by 50p to £4.50 per order.

Australia and New Zealand:

Standard postage:

  • Orders with a total of less than £15 now cost £7 per order.
  • Orders from £15 to £25 now cost £10 per order.
  • Orders greater than £25 now cost at little less, at £17 per order.

Bulky orders remain at the price they are now, at £17 per order.

If you're in the USA or Canada: Our continued apologies. We know that you'd like to order but at the moment we're unable to ship to your location.

Finally, we're still shipping in-stock orders on the next working day. Remember that orders including made-to-order items will take up to 5 working days to ship.
