Do you deliver to my country?
How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Can I get my order delivered to an address different to my billing address?
You may choose to send your order to a different address to your billing address. However, your billing address must match your credit card billing address, or if paying via PayPal you should have a confirmed address. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it fails our fraud detection procedures.
When will I receive my order?
How do I pay for my purchases?
Payment can be made securely online using your credit or debit card. We also accept PayPal. If you'd prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us with your order details (your name, address, email address and items you'd like to order) and we'll sort out your order for you.
Please note we are not liable for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer for any reason.
We are not registered for UK VAT, therefore VAT is not added to our prices.
Can I place an order by phone?
If you would prefer to place your order by phone, please give us a call on +44(0)1332 460662.
Can I collect my order?
Our premises do not have a shop you can browse, nor will we sell items from the door under any circumstances. (We have a good relationship with our neighbours - we'd like to keep it that way!) Orders are strictly via the Internet or telephone only.
You've advertised a product but I can't see it on your website?
If you're unable to find a product then it's either been discontinued or we're unable to ship the product to your location.
I added a product to my basket but it disappeared when I went to check out!
If you've been browsing the website in another currency (such as US dollars instead of Australian dollars) you may have been shown products which aren't available in your location. If that happens, when you check out, the item is removed from the basket.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
My order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Help, I can't login to my account!
Try resetting your password via the 'Forgot your password' link on the login page. If it says there's no account with your email address you may have been ordering without logging in, or your last order was before we moved to our new shop. You can place your order without an account, then create one during checkout if you wish.
Is everything on your website in stock now?
Everything is either in stock or made-to-order. The product page will clearly state if the item is made-to-order. For in-stock items, the checkout will not allow you to order more than we have in stock.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you have received from us, or the link in the email sent to you when you signed up to receive our newsletter. If you are unable to find either of these, please email us using the email address you signed up with.
Do your cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All our cards come with envelopes and outer wrappers to protect them from damage.
I've designed some greetings cards. Would Moondragon be interested in purchasing them?
If your designs are already in production, please contact us enclosing a few examples (via email is fine). We promise we won't steal your artwork! If you're looking for someone to put your designs into print, please view our publishing website.
I'm a retailer. Do you sell your products at wholesale prices?
