Cards with Real Seeds - Common Thyme
Card and Gift in One
RavenwoodThese are designed to be an inexpensive 'card and gift in one', for when you'd like to send more than a card but not an expensive gift. A packet of bee- and butterfly-friendly Thymus Vulgaris (Common Thyme) seeds (0.05g, approximately 150) is included in a neat pocket inside the card, for the recipient to plant wherever they choose! These seeds are easy and appropriate to grow in the UK.
The card measures approximately 10cm x 21cm, is made using 100% recycled Kraft card and hand-finished using water-based acrylic ink. It also includes a short history of Common Thyme, growing instructions, and the following poem by William Shakespeare:
I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where ox-lips and the nodding violet grows;
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.
The envelope is 100% recycled, and there's an outer wrapper, made from from biodegradable corn and potato starch, to protect it from moisture.

Shipping timescales - all destinations
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day after an order is placed, with the exception of orders containing print-to-order items. Print-to-order and made-to-order items will take at least five working days to dispatch. If you are ordering other items and need them sooner than this, please order them separately.
Postage costs
Postage is PER CATEGORY. Most items (cards, jewellery etc) are in the Standard category. 'Bulky' (larger and/or low-value) items are in a 'Bulky' category. If you order standard and bulky items together, both postage fees will apply.
Large art prints (30cm sq., A3 mounted and above) are also in their own category and have an additional charge. These items can only be shipped within the UK.
